Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Sales Order Creation & Maintenance: Review and validate customer orders, ensuring accuracy in requested quantities before creating sales orders. Conduct audits to verify all order details for accuracy.Invoicing: Review customer payment terms and manage the invoicing process, including payment collection as needed. Collaborate with customers to secure down payments when applicable.Purchase Order Creation & Scheduling: Create and schedule purchase orders with vendors, coordinating timelines to meet requirements and critical must-arrive-by dates.Item Part Creation & Maintenance: Create and update item parts, ensuring adherence to detailed naming conventions, organization, and data accuracy.Bills of Material (BOM) Management: Develop and update bills of material for products, ensuring all components are accurately listed and up to date. Assist in BOM mass update changes to entire product lines.SOP Maintenance & Process Improvement: Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current practices. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
