Description Are you friendly, flexible, and love taking initiative? Then we have a position for you, we have an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist with an expanding company.The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle:
Respond to vendors inquires, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve disputes
Apply customer payments to invoices and remotely deposit checks
Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accurately
Improve AP aging performance indicators by reconciling vendor statements in a timely and consistent manner.
Review documentation provided to ensure expenses are appropriate within policies and procedures
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
2 + years’ experience full cycle accounts payable and general accounting work experience required
