⢠1 year of Gas/Oil Industry Trucking Dispatch Experience Preferred
Dispatchers are responsible for coordinating operations, which includes, but is not limited to:
⢠Coordinate with drivers to ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner.
⢠Providing basic customer service, including keeping in contact with customers to ensure their needs are met to the beset of our abilities.
⢠Preparing and distributing reports on daily trucking activities, water and fuel levels from the field, and a dispatch log of all work completed by the trucking department.
⢠Checking and reconciling driver paperwork with our daily dispatch logs to ensure that billing has all correct information on jobs completed.
⢠Monitoring trucks/drivers and making sure everyone is working effectively and efficiently.
