If you answered "yes" to these questions, we want to hear from you!As a Veterinary Practice Manager:You will mentor, develop, and lead a mix of hourly and professional team members to excel and become a successful team focused on patient care.

You will partner and oversee the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives, guiding them to the next level of development.

You will guide the financial and strategic business development to achieve hospital profitability.

You will expertly handle the primary care DVM and patient referral base with a high level of sensitivity

You will develop intra-staff relationships with a command of HR-related issues and state, federal, local legal compliance of relevant employment law.

Experience Preferred:Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. CVPM designation a plus.

Experience : 3-5 years of proven success in managing professionals in complex organizations, either within veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.

You will be responsible for leading an engineering team to develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for water treatment plants, pumping stations and conveyance systems.Typical work areas might include: Delegate, sequence and oversee the work of technical staff and engineers performing designs of water treatment systems, pump stations, tanks, reservoirs, or conveyance systems. Assist with and lead business development efforts including positioning, pursuits, and Client management services. Analyze and recommend improvements to water treatment processes Perform treatment plant process modeling Perform plant and system hydraulic evaluations Support the development of strategies for the water market sector in Utah. Lead planning efforts in water treatment, pumping, storage and conveyance Support BC\'s quality control and quality assurance process Lead client and internal meetings to advance project work as an effective communicator Prepare written reports and technical memorandums to document analyses and recommendations. Participate in office work groups and organizations to benefit the company\'s knowledge of issues and to understand client needs.Desired Skills and Experience: M.S. or B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in the water treatment and conveyance field. Engineers with other degrees such as Chemical or Mechanical may be considered if they have strong experience in municipal or industrial water treatment facility planning and design. P.E. or ability to obtain a P.E in the state of Utah is required. PMP certification is a plus. Experience leading or supporting competitive sales efforts with municipal clients is required. Experience managing and delivering water treatment and conveyance related planning and design projects in the role as a project manager is required. Familiarity with regulations driving water treatment planning and permitting is required. Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical reports. Flexibility to work in other service areas such as infrastructure, wastewater, and/or stormwater water preferred but not required.
