ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:Allocation & Inventory ManagementExecute initial product allocations based on predefined assortment strategies, store volumes, and regional demand patternsManage weekly replenishment to stores, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availabilityMonitor sales, sell-through, and inventory to identify risks and opportunitiesRebalance inventory across stores to mitigate stockouts and reduce excess stockIdentify slow-moving inventory and recommend actions to improve sell-throughReporting & AnalysisProduce and maintain reporting on sales, inventory levels, and stock healthProvide insights on store performance, product movement, and replenishment effectivenessHighlight risks and opportunities to planning, merchandising, and retail teamsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with retail planning, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align on inventory prioritiesWork closely with store operations to support in-store execution and inventory needsCommunicate allocation strategies and updates clearly to stakeholdersProcess & ToolsSupport execution of allocation and replenishment processesMaintain data accuracy across systems and toolsContribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and allocation precisionWHAT YOU’LL HELP BUILD (First 12–18 Months)Execution of allocation and replenishment strategies across a growing store networkConsistent in-stock positioning and improved inventory productivityClean, reliable reporting to enable strong in-season decision makingScalable allocation routines to support retail expansionREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCEExperience in retail allocation, merchandise planning support, or inventory managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take actionAdvanced Excel skills; experience with allocation or planning systems preferredDetail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWHY THIS ROLE MATTERSThis role is central to delivering a strong retail experience by ensuring product availability and inventory efficiency at the store level.
