Pay Rate: $11.20 per hour, $4.18 H&W for a total of $15.38 hourly wage, paid holiday, paid vacation, paid sick leave.
Schedule: Hours of Staff Operation 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Part Time & Full Time Positions Available
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant must be willing to submit to a DoD background check.
Applicant must be able to obtain Hill AFB Installation Access Clearance performed by base security.
At least 1 year cooking experience preferred, including experience as a line cook or prep cook
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industrys best practices

Prep & Line cooks - Both full and part time
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning practices.
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
