Coldwater Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our energetic, efficient small animal practice, veterinary team!Ideal Candidate:
one-year recent veterinary receptionist experience
compassionate, resilient and competent
advanced client services skills
basic veterinary medical knowledge
Coldwater Animal Hospital is a state of the "heart" as well as a state of the art animal hospital! We love to help fellow animal lovers and their pets and strive to provide great medical care in a friendly customer service environment. Our 2 talented and compassionate doctors practice with Fear Free Techniques & our AAHA Accreditation assures quality care. We are open Monday through Friday (and some evening hours) for exams, preventative care/ wellness plans/ homeopathic care/elective procedures Required customer service representative skills:
Basic veterinary medical knowledge
Attention to client & patient needs
Answer and triage phone calls from clients & other facilities
Handle multiple phone lines
Schedule appointments & procedures
Check in & Discharge patients/clients
Multi-task in a friendly fashion with the team
Share continuous cleaning with team members
