We are looking for someone who is an exceptional team player and who can foster and develop genuine business relationships. The person we are looking to hire will be able to do the following:
Develop Business Relationships
Utilize phone and marketing skills to grow relationships.
Deliver Christmas gifts to our valued clients annually.
Take customers/prospects out to lunch, coffee, sporting events or any other method to develop stronger relationships. The cost of these endeavors will be reimbursed.
Maintain contact with prospects and clients in order to develop opportunities.
Customer Service is one of the most valued traits at our company. Our clients/prospects are to be valued on every level from initial contact onward. Clear and honest communication plus timely follow-through are extremely important.
Proposal Preparation
Perform site visits to obtain information to prepare accurate proposals.
Perform simple engineering calculations to determine correct sizing.
Research equipment type to determine best equipment/materials for the proposal.
Email/hand deliver proposals.
Project
Order all specialty equipment.
Ensure ALL documentation is in the proposal folder.
Meet with PM, PC and SI to go over project.
Meet with Customer if necessary to go over project.
Be available for any questions throughout the project.
Office
Attend Special Projects meetings (Typically on Fridays)
Maintain opportunities in CRM
Commissions
Fill out commission log each week by 10AM on Monday.
Fill out sales log each week by 10AM on Monday.
Base Annual Salary: $65,000
Sales Commission: 1%
Annual Quota Commission: ½%
