New location for a shared workspace company is looking for a Sales Executive to join our inside/outside sales team. This role will suit driven, tenacious individuals that possess a desire to exceed and thrives in an inside and outside sales environment. You will be accountable for ensuring you achieve personal sales targets on a monthly basis. Will need to fill shared office workspaces to 100% capacity and need to be a strong team player and self-starter.
Were looking for people with an entrepreneurial flair who enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment and is motivated to complete sales and by networking to gain new business.
This position comes with a high base salary of $50,000-$60,000/year plus commission. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Craft sales strategies, sales plans & execute them
Build sales presentations and present to potential clients and other relevant parties
Personally build sales pipeline and close leads to achieve 100% occupancy and revenue for events & auditorium use
Close leads provided by 3rd parties, references, online or other channels
Network with key community influencers such as commercial brokers to build & grow an ongoing robust pipeline of potential clients for office and/or events
Join local community influencer groups & associations to build awareness and create new opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to drive revenue growth through social media marketing & other various digital advertisements.
ONGOING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep CRM system updated and accurate with customer data, information and progress.
Work on community initiatives to help create revenue for events & auditorium use
Process customer orders. Accurately complete Work Order; obtain customers approval and down payment
Help create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions.
Review pipeline and sales progress at a minimum weekly with the CEO or more frequently as needed.
Review P&L with CEO to strategize in ways to maximize ROI and revenue growth
