Become a vital member of our team as a Receiver, responsible for receiving and coordinating culinary products. The receiver ensures that all culinary product specifications are not only met but exceeded. Receiving and Coordination: Oversee the efficient receiving and coordination of all hotel products, including but not limited to food and beverage. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all received products adhere to the specified hotel product standards, and take corrective measures if any discrepancies are Identified. Documentation: Generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming items. Communication: Collaborate with various departments to communicate any changes or issues related to received products, fostering a seamless flow of Information. Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any delivery-related concerns. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and efficient inventory storage, implementing best practices to optimize space and minimize waste. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety, health, and sanitation guidelines while handling and storing products. Cleanliness: Keep all walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, dry storage, and linen room areas clean and tidy.
