Job Description
Customer Experience is a growing department of EDGE Pest Control. This position involves delivering a high quality customer experience by resolving current and prospective customer concerns. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with a great culture and atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Retain customers by resolving concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of EDGE products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers.
- Re-sign current customers by extending their service agreements (commission given based on length or resign,
annual contract value and type of service)
- Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Phone experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer/typing skills
- Effective team player
- Must be willing to work long-term
- Pest control knowledge/experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus

Benefits:
Competitive compensation starting at $12/hr plus commission (Average hourly wages range $15-$20 per hour. High performers range from $25-$35 per hour. Average total annual earnings for full time employees will fall between $30k-$50k a year based on performance)
