Job Description
The maintenance assistant provides support and receives training and direction from the Maintenance Director in the day to day community operations, preventative maintenance, room upgrades, and other projects as needed. This is a great opportunity for a hard worker with a desire to learn and grow in the facility maintenance field.
This position involves a high level of customer service as you will work closely with employees, residents and community guests to ensure a clean, operational building and work to complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.

This is a great position for someone in school or in need of a flexible work schedule. We are happy to work with you to accommodate your class schedule or other time commitments.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
Team player
Hard working/self starter
Great at time management and prioritizing multiple tasks
One year of facility maintenance or related experience
A strong desire to work in the facility maintenance field
Fantastic problem solving skills
Good with people and communicating with seniors
