Aerotek is seeking for a full-time mid level Facilities Maintenance Tech / Building Engineer in Provo, UT. Pay starts between $28-32/hour.Mid level Tech / Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe facilities technician will perform general facilities tasks at a modern complex of office buildings. Will perform preventive maintenance of buildings, HVAC systems and equipment.Will perform preventative maintenance by performing tasks such as changing lights, basic plumbing, painting, changing filters on HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.Will also replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paper, etc.Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
5-7 years of previous experience in commercial buildings, schools, hotels or universities, hospitals, etc will be applicable experience.
Must have great customer service and communication skills
Must have a HS diploma or GED
