The role also provides administrative support within the group and communicates professionally with external customers and internal partners.EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.Primary Responsibilities
Handles customer phone calls and assists customers with financing home improvements
Adjusts existing applications as needed
Communicates application processes and provides approval or denial decisions to customers
Ensures company procedures are followed
Serves as a back up to preform administrative support functions
Prepares and composes letters and reports
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Preferences
Professional work experience preferably in a financial institution
Skills and Competencies
Ability to use good judgement in difficult situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team environment
Demonstrated ability to follow direction and training procedures
Excellent computer skills, including general database applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent customer relation skills
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.Must be able to work a schedule between 6am-6pm, Monday – Friday.Specific hours will be discussed during the interview.Part Time will be a minimum of 20 hours per week.Position TypePart timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
