Perform various administrative duties
Serve as a point person on our HR policies and practices helping to answer employee’s questions about payroll, benefits, work-life balance, employee perks, and company policy
Assist during meetings with whiteboarding and notetaking
Assists with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation; maintains accurate records and files
Participating in recruitment efforts
Preparing and organizing new employee files
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
1 year of experience in a professional work setting preferably in the HR field within a fast-paced environment
