This role is hybrid technical recruiter for a large SASS company. You must live in either Provo, Seattle, or Raiegh. The position is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.Responsibilities:Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referralsDevelop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals for software engineering positionsScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fitCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptionsManage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate informationConduct salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates
