Ritual Chocolate Factory and Cafe in Heber, UT
We are currently hiring for baristas at our new Heber/ Charleston chocolate and coffee shop. The new Ritual Chocolate headquarters at 2175 West 3000 South, Heber, is our main chocolate factory as well as a coffee shop. While the cafe and factory are in the same building, the cafe is a dedicated coffee shop with espresso, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, pastries and all of our chocolate bars. We consider ourselves to be in the vein of third wave coffee, as the quality of everything we produce, whether it’s coffee or chocolate, is at the forefront of what we do.
We are located between Heber and Deer Creek—25min from Park City, Orem and Kamas. If you love the mountains, love coffee, love managing people, and are passionate about customer service, this is the perfect fit for you. Some of our goals are to provide incredible customer service and kindness, serve the perfect cup every time, educate our customers and team about chocolate, food and coffee, and have fun while doing it.
Hours: Monday through Sunday 8am to 5pm
Part Time and Full Time: We are hiring for full time and/or part time, but baristas have to commit to at least 4 cafe shifts per week to gain a comfortable work flow.
Year round: We are only hiring someone who can be here year round. For this position seasonal hours aren’t an option.
Compensation: $10/hr + tips (tips typically sit around $5+/hr)
Hiring ASAP, opening early October
Duties Include
- Maintaining cafe drink and service quality and guiding other baristas with drink making where needed
- Creating a positive experience for every single customer
- Educating customers about chocolate production and coffee and food offerings
- Maintaining overall cafe cleanliness and restocking when necessary
- Opening and Closing Shop
