Dirty Bird’s Nashville inspired restaurant, located at the Hut in Provo is looking for a GM who shares our passion for hustle and craft to continue shaking up the industry with restauranteur Michael McHenry and Chef Brandon Price. Dirty Bird is a small space with high energy and huge soul. We are unlike anything in the market for the consumer or an employee. This will be the first addition made to the Bird Gang since opening in early January 2020. We have a big bright future and need someone who exceeds our high expectations.We are looking for those who meet the following:Must have previous RESTAURANT leadership/management experience ServSafe certified, knowledgeable and practicing Ability to maintain a clean, safe and well organized restaurant Outstanding guest and team member engagement Have an understanding of COGS, budgeting, labor and purchasing Be passionate about high quality food, but still possess the disciplines to follow recipes, procedures and company standards. Eager to build the business as a positive presence in the community as well as economically Highly communicative about needs, expectations, improvements as well as celebrations. Possess an attention for details and efficiencies Be Humble Available 45-50 hrs/wk including Saturday This is a hands on position that requires daily operation of fryers, flat top as well as POS.
