We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' windows are spotless, contributing to the overall cleanliness and appearance of residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from glass surfaces to enhance visibility and aesthetics.
Work on both interior and exterior window cleaning projects, adhering to safety guidelines.
Utilize extension poles, ladders, and other tools to access high or hard-to-reach areas.
Assess and report any damages or issues with windows to ensure prompt resolution.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Adhere to established schedules and deadlines for individual and team assignments.
Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; report restocking needs.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete larger projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a window cleaner or in a related field is preferred.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Time-management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
