SUMMARY
Seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join a collaborative logistics team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, are detail-oriented, and want to be part of a company that values efficiency, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in inventory management and product handling while developing skills in safety compliance and dispensing protocols. Forklift certification training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately stage, load, and unload incoming and outgoing materials and finished goods.
Package products for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and pallet wrapping.
Maintain clean and organized warehouse and dispensing areas.
Receive and document all incoming raw materials, including counting and weighing items.
Ensure all documents are completed daily, including logs for shipments, equipment, and inventory movement.
Assist in inventory control, ensuring traceability of materials, lot numbers, and locations.
Follow SOPs and company policies related to warehouse operations and safety.
Transport materials within warehouse racks while preventing damage.
Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
Support dispensing operations by pulling and verifying materials based on work orders.
Ensure Certificates of Analysis (C of A) accompany appropriate materials.
Record location and lot numbers used for all pulled inventory.
Communicate any concerns or irregularities to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency required.
Experience using computers is preferred.
Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
Willingness to learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to undergo training and certification for forklift and other warehouse equipment use.
