We are excited to hire for an open position in our growing company. We need some help in our benefits department which will tie closely with payroll and the processing our payrolls for our clients. The ability to answer phones, respond to emails, and a basic knowledge of Word and Excel would be needed, but we are willing to train beyond that if you are not experienced in the payroll and benefit fields. (of course, any experience you have would be great!). This position can be full-time, or part-time (or full-time now and part-time for someone attending school in the fall). We are flexible, but simply need someone who is detailed oriented and works well with others.
A bit of info on us:
We are located in Orem at 1020 E 800 N (two blocks east of the Harmons grocery store).
We provide Payroll, HR, Benefits, compliance help, etc. for about 400 local clients.
We love technology and have invested in a complete new HR software for our clients (went live this year).
90% or more of our clients are within an hour drive of our business, so we focus primarily on local companies.
We offer employees a benefits package, 401k w/ matching, paid holidays, an immediate PTO plan and more (most benefits require F/T status, but there are some available benefits for P/T employees)
