What You’ll Be Doing:
Jump on scheduled calls with hot, inbound leads — no cold calling
Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through a consultative sales process
Clearly communicate the value of our high-ticket coaching program and handle objections with confidence and empathy
Follow up like a pro — via phone, text, or email — until the deal is closed
Track your activity and results consistently and honestly
Collaborate with our team to improve the process and celebrate wins
What We’re Looking For:
You’ve got serious sales skills — preferably with high-ticket programs or services
You're comfortable on the phone and love building relationships quickly
You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to hit targets
You listen well, think fast, and communicate clearly
You’re confident but never pushy — you’re not emotionally tied to the outcome of your calls
You believe in what you're selling and love being part of something meaningful
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based (no base salary)
Earn 15% commission on every sale (Closing price for our coaching program is $1,325)
High-ticket = high earning potential. This isn’t chump change
The more you close, the more you make
Schedule & Work Style:
Full-time availability (expect to take 5–8+ calls per day)
Work remotely from anywhere — all you need is a phone and a solid internet connection
Flexible hours, as long as you show up and close consistently

Expected hours: 6-8 hrs/day
