Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative at Globe Life AO, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities:
Niche lead generations systems through 45,000 different unions/associations that are provided by company. No Need to create your own leads or sell to your personal network.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
Present and explain insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous sales experience is an asset but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
