HVAC Install Manager/Foreman
We are currently looking for an installation manager that would oversee installation crews on residential and light commercial installations. This is an extremely important position in the company and offers a great opportunity for a person that has the proper experience, management capabilities, and work ethic.

This position offers high pay based upon experience with the ability to receive pay increases with proven performance.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to oversee our install operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in field service and equipment repair. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians in the installation of HVAC systems.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate effective repairs and installations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices.
Experience
Proven experience in HVAC Management or a similar role within the field.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC install.
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Effective communication skills to lead a team and interact with clients.
