Property Repair, Maintenance and Improvement Specialist - Looking for an individual with experience in plumbing, drywall, electrical, flooring, finish, paint, HVAC, etc. Start 10 hours per week with opportunity for 20-25 hours per week after first 6 months.
Interior and exterior maintenance for 36 unit apartment complex. Experience with remodel work helpful.
Additional Qualifications: 2 year degree with experience working professionally with prospective and current tenants. Must be inherently honest with goal to improve apartment complex in a timely and efficient manner. Must possess desire for quality workmanship balanced by desire for efficiency.
