Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Premier Services Group is a family-owned and operated large-scale flooring and millwork installation company. Serving a major retail business partner across 9 states, we specialize in high-quality installations and unmatched customer service. We are growing and looking for dedicated leaders to grow with us!
What You’ll Do:
As our District Manager, you will be the key point of contact for operations in your assigned district. Your role will include overseeing project installations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company policies.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Acting as the main liaison between support staff, installation crews, customers, and business partners.
Conducting job site visits, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with PSG guidelines.
Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
Managing project schedules and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Ensuring all work meets high customer satisfaction standards.
Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or construction management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with teams and customers.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record.
Proficiency in using smartphones, mobile apps, and computer software.
