We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Assistant/Account Manager to support our operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Verification & Support:
- Conduct verification calls with all new customers to confirm details and ensure satisfaction.
- Answer and manage all incoming calls on the company line during business hours.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and retention efforts.
Account & Order Management:
- Track and manage customer account details, including funding status.
- Notify management of unfunded accounts and follow up as needed.
- Schedule installations and service tickets efficiently.
- Place and track inventory orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Appointment Setting & Lead Management:
- Schedule appointments for alarm and solar consultations using online leads and phone inquiries.
- Assign appointments to sales representatives for follow-up.
Customer Retention & Issue Resolution:
- Proactively address customer concerns to prevent cancellations.
- Notify sales reps of potential cancellations and assist in retention efforts.
- Must have experience managing customer accounts
- Must have customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.).
