What you would be doing:
• Answer customer questions via email
• Track packages and shipments
• Make documents on customer accounts and make requests
• Meet goals and quality assurance guidelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information
• Place orders for customers
What we are looking for:
• Must have at least 1 year customer service experience
• Type 55 words per minute
• Ability to assist a high volume of email customers per day
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize needs
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Takes initiative and is able to solve problems on own
