Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative(CSR) who wants to be part of a growing company. Rotech offers full benefits and generous vacation days. Rotech Healthcare specializes in the delivery, setup, and service of durable medical equipment(Oxygen/CPAP/Bipap/wheelchairs/beds/etc.) and respiratory supplies.
Job Responsibilities:
Rotech's CSRs communicate with patients, referral sources and co-workers to effectively perform all tasks related to patient care and third party reimbursement. CSRs will be responsible for managing all aspects of intake: answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, inputting data into Eintake, printing tickets, and processing paperwork.
Job Requirements:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the medical field and a strong customer service background is preferred, but not required.
