Title: Business Manager (Change Management) Location: Salt Lake City, UTAH Duration: Full Time (H1 Transfer, EADs, Citizen) Job Duties:
Develop a strong functional knowledge of the solution & processes
Conduct impact & gap analyses
Adapt change management roll-out strategy and plan
Adapt communication strategy and plan, deliver original and engaging multi-channe l communications (SharePoint pages, e-learnings, Yammer posts…)
Adapt training strategy and plan, deliver the train the trainer sessions
Manage business stakeholders, animate the KU network
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Anticipate the definition of target governance, support & administration processes
Provide functional support to end-users during hyper care period
Coordinate efforts with other project stakeholders, and change management community
Define and measure adoption metrics and monitor change progress
Ensure consistency between plans defined for various projects impacting the same populations.
Skills and qualifications:
Curiosity & ability to quickly learn about business issues
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, client orientation
Autonomy, team spirit, excellent listening & communication skills, written & visual and verbal
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and operational tools
