Serving as a client advocate at the executive level as well as the central coordination point between our clients and our internal teams, this role will be critical to facilitating success and identifying additional areas of value-generating opportunity for our clients. A Client Success Director will partner internally with R1 RCM Executive Sponsors and Commercial Team leadership to lead efforts in identifying and pursuing cross-sell and expansion opportunities with existing client organizations. Collectively in those regional pod teams, this role will be responsible in achieving client retention and revenue growth targets.We seek a candidate with a dynamic personality who approaches account management from a client success perspective using effective and proactive communication, analytical skills, and daily project leadership. The Client Success Director will be tasked with various project leadership opportunities that require a high-level of cross-collaboration across multiple organization units.RESPONSIBILITIESContributing toward region and account-level planning
Managing 20+ high touch client relationships and developing a resourcing plan to cover the remaining client relationships at the highest level of engagement possible
Leading client project kick-offs and acting as a and escalation point for best-practice client implementations, production delivery, and business reviews
Delivering a client engagement program to nurture and ensure client satisfaction leads to growth and retention
Developing best practice account management and client success methodologies as assigned
Rapidly advancing the development of various internal initiatives (e.g., team training, reporting, client support)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of account management, client success management, and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Vice President and Director-level partners
Healthcare revenue integrity and revenue cycle experience working with acute care provider organizations
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including basic to intermediate Excel functions, and CRM application use (preferred: Salesforce)
Ability to travel up to 60% (dependent on health/regulatory safety)
