You’ll work across a variety of functional teams including product, engineering, sales, legal, compliance and customer delivery to build comprehensive and achievable project plans highlighting key milestones and dependencies. Facilitate timely decisions with internal and external stakeholders, resolving roadblocks and creating urgency to meet organizational priorities. Plan, track and drive all phases of the product/software development lifecycle for strategic business, operational and technical initiatives from ideation through market delivery, ensuring objectives, goals, and commitments are met to deliver the intended business value Monitor and analyze organizational KPIs, identify operational friction, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement and deliver business value. Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, influencing executive leadership and collaborating across functions to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.All About You Lead organization-wide portfolios independently, delivering end-to-end product solutions with a focus on the latest technologies and potential risks. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
