With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.OVERVIEW We’re looking for experienced senior project management leaders to join Mastercard’s global Open Banking PMO, helping us build innovative solutions to solve problems affecting our customers, their consumers and the market as a whole.In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives and global product solutions from ideation and design through go-to-market delivery for key Mastercard customers.  You’ll work across a variety of functional teams including product, engineering, sales, legal, compliance and customer delivery to build comprehensive and achievable project plans highlighting key milestones and dependencies. You’ll manage the execution and delivery of all tasks required to achieve project success, identifying and mitigating risks and providing meaningful status reporting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Join the team that is leading the charge to bring creative solutions in open banking to market with quality, efficiency, collaborative energy and an eye on the future of our industry. Role Lead, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors and first-level managers who are driving strategic initiatives; mentor junior team members, resolve escalations, and foster a culture of growth and development within the PMO. Manage regional and global portfolios with independence and lean into ambiguity to create clarity of scope and key deliverables; decompose complex initiatives into simple, straight-forward solutions by assessing business and technical trade-offs while working cross-functionally to deliver key product, technical and client-driven solutions to market. Facilitate timely decisions with internal and external stakeholders, resolving roadblocks and creating urgency to meet organizational priorities. Plan, track and drive all phases of the product/software development lifecycle for strategic business, operational and technical initiatives from ideation through market delivery, ensuring objectives, goals, and commitments are met to deliver the intended business value Monitor and analyze organizational KPIs, identify operational friction, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement and deliver business value. Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, influencing executive leadership and collaborating across functions to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.All About You Lead organization-wide portfolios independently, delivering end-to-end product solutions with a focus on the latest technologies and potential risks. Demonstrate strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with expertise in problem definition and resolution in complex projects. Apply both Agile and traditional project management principles to tailor solutions based on project needs and business environments. Build and maintain stakeholder trust, effectively communicating with both business and IT leaders, including executives. Manage challenging personalities and resolve conflicts to ensure a healthy, productive team environment. Thrive in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects without compromising quality, while providing credible leadership and assessing risks.#LI-FT1Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
