Builders, and over 220 years of combined industry experience.Basic Job Functions:The primary role of the District Sales Manager is to provide strategic direction and leadership

working within a team environment to grow and develop Nucor Buildings Group's market share. This position will

provide an emphasis on finding and developing new accounts and nurturing relationships with existing accounts.

1. Effectively build a preference for CBC Steel Buildings and develop ongoing relationships with builders.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to generate project leads, increase sales

effectiveness and work to establish a preferred supplier relationship.

3. Incorporate professional selling skills and relationship development techniques which assist CBC Steel

Buildings and CBCs' Builders expand new and existing building opportunities.

4. Develop and implement sales strategies, effectively communicate project information, and assist in

generating presentation proposals.

5. Maximize division profitability by managing val ue added opportunities on every project.

demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety practices, policies, procedures, and

Must currently live in proximity or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.

Bachelor's degree or 2 additional years of construction experience in lieu of degreePreferred Qualifications:Experience in the Pre-engineered Metal Building Industry

Previous District Sales Manager experience

Specific market knowledge and experience with this sales territory

Minimum 2 years in technical sales or sales service experience working directly with builders
