Job DescriptionOracle is building a dynamic Field Competitive Intelligence program, as part of Global Revenue Operations. The Field Competitive Program Specialist will develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) facing program to enhance customer interactions by applying key competitive information in sales cycles. This program will begin by supporting the Oracle Fusion applications in North America and be the basis for additional portfolio and regional coverage as needed. This role will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, finance and other parts of the Oracle ecosystem.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesWhat will this Role entail:Services

Partner with sales executives to close sales opportunities with targeted competitive intelligence information

Drive competitive campaigns with Global Marketing

Develop “deal strategy” content from key customer sales wins

Deliver “spotlight” webinars to GTM teams

Customer Voice

Conduct win/loss interviews directly with customers

Synthesize customer feedback and make it available to GTM, Marketing and Product teams

Intelligence

Provide curated competitor insights to regional GTM teams

Develop and deliver quarterly competitive analysis packages to regional leadership

Process & Tools

Enhance existing (Seismic, Responsive) and future solutions with curated content

Develop AI strategy for providing GTM with actionable insight

Analytics

Partner with the Analytics team to provide quantitative win/loss analysis

Develop analytics specific to the use and effectiveness of GTM facing tools (Seismic, Responsive, AT, etc.)

Ability and experience:Experience and Education:

8+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, business analysis, or consulting in technology companies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree highly desirable

Analytical Skills:

Ability to effectively gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and other analytics tools a plus.

Technology Market Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Saas software and Cloud Technology markets, and in particular the key Oracle competitors in those markets

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
