Responsible for processing and completing necessary changes to human resources records.
Coordinates timely completion of form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification).
Replies to incoming e-mail requests.
Consistently provides excellent customer service.
Works with accuracy, detail, and maintains confidentiality with high level of integrity.
May perform word processing and completes various types of correspondence.
Assists in special projects throughout the Human Resources department as needed.
This position also includes additional front desk duties such as:
Providing customer service at the front desk of Human Resources Management.
Greets and routes visitors, responds to emails, verifications of employment, and other duties as assigned.
Works with accuracy, and detail, and maintains confidentiality with a high level of integrity.
Uses computer daily (Outlook, MS Office, PeopleSoft), sorts and routes mail, and performs a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum QualificationsTypically requires little to no related experience. This is an Entry-Level position in the Support track.Preferences
Background in customer service, data entry and/or familiarity with Form I-9 processing is preferred.
Exceptional verbal/written skills and attention to detail.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Data entry experience.
PeopleSoft, Kronos, or PeopleAdmin experience preferred.
