The Inside Sales Representative will contribute to the mission of protecting our customers’ people, business, and time by delivering excellent service and accurate information. This position will collaborate with all levels of the organization to contribute to company growth. The Inside Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with current and future customers to assist with their needs in a work zone for Traffic Control, Flagging, and Sign Install, as well as support their needs for Traffic Control equipment, rentals, and sales.Coordinate traffic control set-ups for customersTrack projects in our ERP SystemContribute to the growth of the company and our Automated Flagger Assistance Devices (AFAD’s) utilization for customersAssist with the growth of the Signs and Sales division with installs and/or signs/equipment salesParticipate in the continual improvement of the process, tracking, production, and billing of each projectClear understanding of the sales funnelResponsible for contacting current and potential customers to grow businessPerform follow-up on a book of business and generate leads for future growthTrack all customer contacts, and review invoices to ensure customer accounts are accurateEnsure prompt, dependable & friendly customer serviceUnderstanding of P&L and how that relates to the businessOther duties and responsibilities as assignment.
