This role focuses on the development, maintenance, and configuration of our Cyber Security SaaS applications, emphasizing data modeling and Groovy to support Windstream’s Cyber Security management systems. You will collaborate closely with fellow developers, Cyber Security team members, and other IT teams to ensure our applications meet business requirements.What You’ll Do:

External Collaboration: Collaborate with external third parties as required.

System Development: Participate in the architecture, configuration, development, deployment, integration, testing, and maintenance of cybersecurity systems.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

System Improvement: Identify areas for modification in current cybersecurity systems and develop these improvements.

Code Development: Write high-quality code to complete features on schedule.

Operational Evaluation: Assess the operational practicality of applications.

System Monitoring: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on supported security systems to ensure 24x7 availability.

SDLC Compliance: Follow Software Development Lifecycle processes and tools.

Agile Practices: Apply agile practices and principles to maximize business value and continuously improve customer outcomes.

Research: Participate in researching and identifying new and emerging technologies to enhance Windstream’s cybersecurity processes.

Do You Have:

Education: College degree or current enrollment in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software Development: Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.

Coding Languages: Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C#, Groovy, and JavaScript.

APIs and Web Services: Knowledge of APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and HTML.

Graph Databases: Familiarity with graph databases like Neo4j.

GraphQL: Understanding of GraphQL.
