This position is responsible for technical support at all Vericast locations; analyzes and resolves faults, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password, while undertaking routine preventative measures and deploying new hardware to users.Key Duties / Responsibilities The Support Engineer I has responsibility for Windows support including patch management and vulnerability management, along with system and hardware refreshes. 20%The Support Engineer I work in ServiceNow working with Windows and many applications that support the business. 20%This position is required to provide on-call support along with upgrade deployments that maybe done on nights and weekends. 20%The Support Engineer will provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence while working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff. 10%The Support Engineer I will need to be able to identify process improvement needs and communicate these needs with leadership. 10%The Support Engineer I will need to be able to adapt quickly to new processes and ever-changing technologies. 10%This position will include Project based work that will be led by the manager or other managers and status will need to be provided in a timely manner. 10%
