Ultradent , the global name in oral health, is seeking Machine Operators. This opening is in the Whitening department in the 1.2 Kitting area for SWING SHIFT and is Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am. This position starts at $17.20 per hour, plus a shift differential.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

This position maintains production on a daily basis inside a clean room environment

Accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, both hand-written and electronic

Under minimum supervision set up, operate and clean machine (s)

Learn to operate a variety of Machinery effectively

Work with a team to accomplish department objectives

Maintain 5s condition in area

Loads and empties parts from machine, inspects for quality and packages product

Focuses on following GMPs and SOP

Communicates with supervisor and technician when quality issues arise

Make necessary adjustments to Machinery

Meet daily production schedules and quality standards by following work and safety instructions

Visually inspect component parts to insure all are built in compliance with current quality standard documentation

Work safely to prevent on the job injuries, following safety procedures and observing potentially hazardous situations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Candidates should have experience with filling/packaging of products

Candidates must have machine operating experience

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred

Must be able to monitor QC of product for visual defects

Must be able to lift 40 pounds from floor level to above head

Must be able to carry 80 pounds

Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

Technical mindset

Must be willing to work all machines as assigned

Must have knowledge of basic math skills

Experience or understanding in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, SMED, TOC) a plus
