START DATE: 3/25Description:
Provides phone support and creates and maintains Government and/or commercial insurance member eligibility records
Resolves eligibility discrepancies and questions and provides support and expertise for one or more insurance lines of business and or/business processes
Provides feedback on testing of new applications or changes to existing system
Runs and distributes eligibility audit queries
May be asked to make small number of scripted outbound calls
Handles escalated calls and resolves them from other departments, and members
Processes 834 files for UT, NV, CO, ID
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Functions well in difficult situations including conflict resolution in a team environment
Proficient in Facets or similar eligibility system
Experience with Federal and State regulations which govern employer policies and procedures
Intermediate knowledge of enrollment reconciliation processes
