CNC : 0.6 FTE,Three 8-hour shifts per week, including a minimum of one shift during the weekend.
University Hospital : 0.5 FTE, Saturday and Sunday
Farmington & Community Clinics : 0.25 FTE, Sunday at Farmington Health Center or other clinic locations.

Scans patients according to protocols and parameters with knowledge of trouble shooting MRI systems.
Archives patient exams.
Confidently starts IV's.
Adapts to different MRI environments (1.5T MRI machines, 3T MRI machines, and MRI machines) in the operating rooms.
Functions in different patient monitoring systems throughout the organization.
Follows MRI safety guidelines according to organization policy.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined above.
Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills.
Ability to provide care appropriate to the population served.
QualificationsQualifications Required
Depending upon department of hire, the employee may required to be ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR) certified within 6 months of hire.
Licenses Required
Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system. The eCredential is to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
One of the following
Nuclear Medicine Technician Certification (CNMT) from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
ARRT Registration as Nuclear Medicine Technology R.T. (N)(ARRT).
ARRT Registration as a Radiologic Technician R.T. ( R) (ARRT).
Additional license requirements as determined by the hiring department.Qualifications (Preferred)Preferred
Three years of technical experience.
