This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about operational excellence.The Operations Advisor responsibilities include:Franchise Office Launch SupportTravel to new franchise locations to implement the Office Launch ProgramAssist with securing listing appointments and client meetingsAdvise on office setup, agent hiring, and day-to-day operationsGuide marketing strategy and executionOngoing Franchise SupportVisit established offices to assess operations and provide tailored supportReview financials and operating proceduresOffer hands-on assistance where neededTraining & Systems EnablementTrain franchisees and agents on Transworld systems and business modelProvide instruction on CRM tools and sales process analyticsSupport listing packaging and financial recastsField Insights & CollaborationReport field observations to the support department to inform training and resourcesParticipate in special projects and initiatives as assignedTeam EngagementRepresent Transworld at the Annual Conference and Regional Meetings
