UNP convenes faculty, students, west side residents, community organizations, and agencies to work together to address resident-identified community priorities. By addressing social determinants of health and systemic barriers to educational success, these collaborative partnerships foster increased access to higher education for west side residents, a university enriched by its involvement in the broader community, and an enhanced quality of life for all involved.The Partnership Coordinator position will develop and support community-campus partnerships focused on community capacity & wellbeing and running the New American Academic Network ( NAAN ) partnership. Primary work locations for this position are 1578 W 1700 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. This position will require off-site meetings that will take place across the SL Valley.The Community Capacity & Wellbeing ( CCW ) Partnership Coordinator, in collaboration with the CCW Team will develop and support community-campus partnerships. These partnerships address some of the most basic needs of families while simultaneously building the capacity of partners to find long-lasting, sustainable solutions.Key domains and strategies of this work include:

Responsibilities

Support mutually beneficial partnerships with faculty, students, residents, organizations, and institutions

Create warm, respectful and culturally responsive environments where all partners are valued

Build and maintain relationships with individuals across all backgrounds

Collect and maintain data on activities and partnerships

Work with residents and other partners to identify evolving needs and opportunities

Facilitate and convene small and large groups

Build relationships with individuals and families of all backgrounds across UNP’s stakeholder groups; including knocking on doors in specific neighborhoods

Coordinate with UNP staff through transparent and responsive communication

Contribute to UNP efforts to document and tell the story of UNP’s partners and partnerships

Bilingual/multilingual skills: English as well as other languages spoken in west side neighborhoods (Arabic, Spanish, Somali, Karen, Samoan, Tongan, Swahili, etc.)

Communicates effectively with system and institution leaders as well as multilingual/multicultural community residents

Relationships/connections with communities in west side neighborhoods especially and UNP partnerships

Experience with empowerment, asset-based, culturally responsive, and/or family-centered, approaches

Knowledge of the challenges facing culturally and linguistically marginalized communities

Reviews all equipment contract business terms and ensure contract execution. Reviews customer PO documents to ensure alignment with contract. Create customer\'s pricing components in SAP. Reconcile the bundled pricing components to the customer\'s contract YPRI price. Create Equipment contracts in SAP. Create Equipment sales orders in SAP. Create the Reagent contract in SAP. Logs and maintains contractual and logistical information related to equipment orders in CRM through installation. Coordinate with supply chain to manage items on open orders (obsolescence, replacement materials). Coordinate with FS Admin to dispatch work orders. Communicate allocation results to instrument implementation team. Communicate backordered items to FSE. Invoice equipment at the appropriate time. Verify the proper accounting treatment is applied for each equipment deal. Coordinate with the install base team for equipment activation and functional location update. Create the billing plans for rentals and Equipment leases in SAP timely and accurately. Create the MFG and extended warranty contracts in SAP. Create and invoice bundled warranty contracts in SAP. Monitors contract performance of assigned region and assists with determining compliance with terms and conditions of the contract. Assist with internal and external audits as required. Assist with month end and year end close activities and related journal entries as required.
