Process Quality Technician I - Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00+ DOE + $0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 days Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00am - 4:00pmPaid Break and LunchThe Process Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the quality group & the teams in the production environment along with using troubleshooting techniques to solve PQ related issues. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESRequired to perform Print, Bindery, Packaging, & Mailroom audits and inspections as outlined in training materials.Inspect problem runs, perform equipment quality tests, such as motion quality, signal strength, and MICR sampling. Evaluate and count spoilage. Support production teams on quality questions. Produce and process samples for QCS. Conduct research and root cause analysis. Attend daily Team Business Meetings (huddles) as the quality resource. Other duties as assigned. Research and identify late work. Run ready to sort reports. EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE UTILIZEDComputer, keyboard, and mouseExperience using MS Office
