Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Metal Fabrication industry, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Receptionist will be an integral part of our team, handling front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and facilitating administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Serve as the initial contact point for our organization, answering a multi-line phone system Provide superior customer service to all visitors and callers Perform data entry tasks to keep customer records up-to-date Correspond via email professionally and promptly Utilize interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming environment Operate Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various administrative duties Maintain an organized filing system for efficient retrieval of documents Schedule appointments for other staff members, ensuring optimal time management. Requirements Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system, capable of handling multiple calls simultaneously with detail-oriented efficiency. Strong customer service skills, with proven ability to interact positively with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Experience in data entry, with the ability to accurately input information into various databases or software systems. Proficient in email correspondence, capable of drafting, sending, and organizing emails in a detail-oriented manner. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets for various business purposes. Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents as required. Experience in organizing files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. Capability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings in a timely and efficient manner.
