Every day you will oversee client engagements, perform data verification, create reports, deliver service results to clients, respond to client questions, and take client meeting minutes. To thrive in this role, you must have AR and Denial Managment experience and be comfortable presenting to clients.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (minimum of 5 clients) and act as a communication connection between clients and Operations, Client Success, and other service lines
Portfolio will be of a lower level of complexity, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction
Manage client meeting schedules and agendas for assigned clients
Utilize spreadsheets and data visualization software including Excel and Power BI tocreate material
Create, Deliverand Present all standard and ad hoc client facing reporting based on client needs
Use various methods to compile, analyze and convey numerical or statistical data, including pivot tables, graphs and spreadsheets
Perform account level auditing for report/deliverable integrity where applicable
Coordinate with Client DeliveryDirector on SME input
Maintain and manage client required documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates, while coordinating effective communication between all relevant stakeholders
Manageand lead client meetings:Agenda Creation/Distribution, Meeting deck prep and coordination, deliver project results to Clients, Create Meeting Minutes as an active listener to demonstrate clearunderstanding of client needs and action items
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of internal or external customer service experience or demonstrate relevantexperience and written business communication
2+ years' experience working in AR and Denial Managment or Patient Finanancial Services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel creating Pivot Tables, V Lookups, etc(intermediate level Excel or above)
Proven experience in building reports, validating data, providing analysis and provenexperience in quality assurance
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $64,657.00 - $80,821.00 per year .
