Receive and review customer's escalated complaint case
Conduct research and investigation: review case findings/notes
Work within the case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements, policies and standards.
Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action
Communicate with customers via phone (5-10 calls a day) and in writing (written letters)
Interact with internal and external customers to obtain additional information
Provide resolution to customers
Working through a pipeline of cases (existing and new cases daily) until they are closed
