Every day, you will oversee accounts receivable (AR) management, focusing on California payers, and lead efforts to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). To thrive you must have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a proven track record in project management and process improvement.Here’s What You Can Expect

Oversee AR management for California payers, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.

Analyze reports to track and improve KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and clean claim percentages.

Collaborate with billing teams to identify and resolve operational gaps.

Lead and mentor a team of follow-up specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with payer requirements, regulations, and company policies.

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and address performance gaps.

Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and achievements

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on AR and follow-up.

Proven experience working with California payers.

Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting reports, KPIs, and SLAs.

Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.

Demonstrated success in process improvement and project management.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $69,556.00 - $114,234.05 per year .
