Leads the end-to-end execution of construction projects as a Senior Project Manager located in the Northwest, ensuring seamless coordination of teams, resources, and timelines. Manage project scope, budgets, and quality, while fostering collaboration among stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients. Competitive salary / rates, negotiable based on experience. ($150,000 to $170,000)

Duties/Responsibilities of the Job

Communication – Facilitating clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.

Project Planning – Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Budget - Manage all aspects of the project budget, including material procurement, labor tracking, change orders, and monthly progress billing.

Procurement: Direct project assistant in the collection and submission of complete product submittals and contractual requirements and exclusions. Direct engineering to prepare material takeoff packages, project sequencing and delivery requirements, Place material purchase orders, and plan for material fabrication and delivery logistics.

Engineering and Detailing : Provide input into the development of air and vapor barriers systems, rain screen support structures and fenestration system designs, installation and long-term Facade performance.

Risk Management – Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and uncertainties that could impact project success.

Quality Assurance – Coordinate with Quality Assurance Professionals to ensure product installation details and instructions are properly turned over to fabrication and installation teams with specific project quality assurance plan.

Change Management – Draft clear RFI's, manage dynamic project documents, and submit correct and timely change orders to maintain project profit margin.

Safety – Coordinate with the Safety Manager to ensure project safety plan complies with contractual requirements, high risk activities are identified and mitigated.

Requirements of the job:

Seven plus years of experience in high revenue projects in commercial glazing, building façade, panel industry preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) or 10 years project management experience preferred

Familiarity with scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project

Familiar with construction equipment (forklifts, swing stages, high reach lifts, climbing platforms, etc.)

Understanding of engineering principles and system design to accommodate impacts of thermal, wind, live load deflections, seismic drift, snow load and differential movement between products

Well versed in Microsoft Office products and Outlook software

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of International Building Code and its application to our work

Knowledgeable with Blue Beam, Procore, or similar software
