Description:The Senior Region Business Manager - CNS (Sr. RBM - CNS) is primarily responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals by effectively leading, directing and managing activities of the Amneal Pharmaceuticals Specialty Field Sales Representatives within a specific geographical assignment. This individual will also assist the ABD by mentoring their RBM peers to enhance leadership development and overall performance. The Sr. RBM - CNS will take a lead role or participate in project teams related to product planning & marketing, data analytics, training, managed markets or field operations.Essential Functions:

SALES MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES Ensure that representatives adhere to the Call Plan, inclusive of Reach and Frequency target objectives. Keep the Region fully staffed through proactive recruiting and targeted selection of qualified candidates. Maintain a high level of technical product competency and disease state knowledge. Ensure excellent product knowledge and Amneal Rx selling skills are obtained and implemented by each representative, through the efficient use of the Sales Training Department, peer trainers and one-on-one coaching during field contacts. Possess a strong understanding and consistent application of the principles and terminology of the Situation Leader program to further develop and resolve challenges with representatives within the region and in their mentoring of peer RBMs. Ensure timely and accurate use of the SFA systems by representatives, particularly compliance to required maintenance of physician records, the recording of product presentations and physician sales calls, as well as maintaining accurate sample records, SFA synchronization, and call records. Implement product and sales strategies through the development of effective regional tactical plans (IBP’s) and by motivating the representatives to implement those plans and following up in order to hold them accountable for their performance. Consistent deployment and utilization of key Amneal assets (samples, representative time, optimal territory routing, proper promotional balance, message focus, marketing budget spends and compensation) to maximize territory productivity and to meet local customer and market needs. Demonstrate both strategic and tactical management of the field sales organization and ensure execution of performance expectations for day-to-day Representative activity. Lead and coach teams effectively to meet and exceed sales quotas. Assign lead roles and demonstrate effective participation as an active member of the national management team by modeling the way in field leadership, sharing best practices, creating new approaches to the marketing of Amneal products and contributing ideas to the business planning process. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all territory and region level administrative tasks, including Field Coaching Reports, expense reporting, time off territory reporting, and program funding requests and management communications. Responsible for consistently contributing to the revenue and profit goals within the assigned geography by ensure specific goals are met and expenses are managed in a fiscally responsible manner. Provide strong contribution or take lead roles in management meetings and leading Plan of Action (POA) meetings with their respective team. Tasked with creating meeting agendas, working with other internal departments to plan and execute meetings or task forces.

COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES Ensure that representatives’ maintain compliance with external and internal standards of excellence including all Amneal policies, PDMA/OIG, the AMA guidelines and the PhRMA Code of Interactions with Healthcare Professionals. Full adherence with the terms of the Amneal Pharmaceuticals RBM Expectations principals.

Proactively suggest creation of task forces for operational improvements or taking a lead role in other identified special projects as needed (Example: Field Interview Guide, Performance Review document update, etc.)
